Neta  Bodner (Bar Yosef)

Neta Bar-Yoseph Bodner received her PhD from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem >>>

as a fellow in Prof. Bianca Kühnel’s project “Spectrum: Visual Translations of Jerusalem".

Her doctorate looked at the use of Jerusalem to promote civic pride and communal identity in medieval Pisan architecture.

She is now a post-doc fellow in Prof. Elisheva Baumgarten's ERC project “Beyond the Elite: Jewish Daily  Life in Medieval Europe" studying the architecture of Jewish ritual baths. 

Bodner teaches “Christian Sources for Art” in the department of Art History at the Hebrew University.
