Dr. Kantor-Kazovsky wrote her doctorate at the Hebrew University, under the supervision of Prof. Moshe Barasch, on the artist and architect Giovanni Battista Piranesi and Antiquarian culture in Rome in the 18^th century. Recently she has also been researching and writing on the cultural Cold War and the development of Modernism in Russia in the second half of the 20^th century.
